fa مطلوبیت زیستگاهی مصب رودخانه تجن برای بچه‌ماهیان کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) رهاسازی‌شده به منظور بازسازی ذخایر Habitat suitability of Tajan river estuary for the released fingerling common carp (Cyprinus carpio) in order to restore stocks تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با توجه به از بین رفتن شرایط تکثیر و بازسازی طبیعی ماهیان در رودخانه‌های مهم حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر (ازجمله رودخانه تجن) و اهمیت بررسی مطلوبیت زیستگاهی این رودخانه ها به منظور رهاسازی بچه ماهیان واجد ارزش شیلاتی، در این تحقیق برای نخستین بار در کشور به منظور بررسی مطلوبیت رودخانه تجن از دیدگاه رهاسازی بچه‌ماهیان کپور، از شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاهی (HSI)  استفاده گردید. مواد و روش ها: نظر به این که در حال حاضر با توجه به شرایط نامناسب زیستگاهی رودخانه تجن، تنها گزینه سازمان شیلات ایران برای رهاسازی بچه‌ماهیان در رودخانه تجن، در منطقه مصب این رودخانه است، از این‌رو در تحقیق کنونی این منطقه جهت نمونه‌برداری بچه ماهی‌ها و بررسی پارامترهای مختلف زیستی (فیتوپلانکتون و زئوپلانکتون) و غیرزیستی (دمای آب، pH، شوری، اکسیژن محلول، کدورت، کل مواد معلق، مواد جامد محلول، هدایت الکتریکی، سختی کل، ازت آمونیومی، گاز آمونیاک، اکسیژن‌خواهی بیوشیمیایی، اکسیژن‌خواهی شیمیایی، ازت نیتریتی، ازت نیتراتی، ازت کل و فسفر کل) انتخاب گردید. بررسی و ثبت پارامترهای مختلف زیستی و غیرزیستی در طی ماه‌های تیر، مرداد و شهریور سال 1401و مرداد و شهریور 1402 انجام شد. نتایج: بیش ترین مقادیر SI در مورد بچه‌ماهیان کپور مربوط به پارامترهای EC، BOD5، pH، NO2-/N، NH3 وTN&frasl;N  بود که حاکی از بیش ترین تاثیر این پارامترها بر بقاء و پراکنش بچه‌ماهیان در مصب رودخانه تجن در بازه زمانی این تحقیق است. میزانHSI  مصب رودخانه تجن برای بچه ماهیان کپور در مقطع زمانی مورد مطالعه برابر 927/0 بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بین میزان فراوانی  pyrrophyta، Chironomidae و Cyanobacteria با فراوانی بچه‌ماهیان کپور رابطه قوی وجود داشت که این رابطه در همه موارد مثبت بود. علی رغم آن که شرایط محل رهاسازی بچه ماهیان کپور (مصب رودخانه) در بازه زمانی مورد نظر از منظر تغییرات برخی متغیرهای محیطی (شامل TSS، TP، TN، NH4+، EC و کدورت) نامناسب بوده است، اما در مجموع با توجه به HSI محاسبه شده، می‌توان استنتاج نمود که منطقه مطالعاتی در بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه، برای بچه‌ماهیان کپور، زیستگاهی بسیار مناسب بوده است. روش اجرا و نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای مطالعات مشابه در سایر رودخانه های مهم شیلاتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Considering the unsuitability of natural reproduction and restoration conditions of fish in the important rivers of the southern Caspian Sea (including Tajan River) and the importance of investigating the habitat suitability of these rivers in terms of releasing juvenile fish with economic value, in this research, for the first time in the country, in order to investigate the suitability of Tajan River from the point of view of releasing common carp fingerlings, habitat suitability index (HSI) was used. Materials & Methods: Since currently, due to the unsuitable habitat conditions of the Tajan River, the only available option of the Iran Fisheries Organization to release juvenile fishes in the Tajan River is in the estuary of this river, therefore, in the current research, this area was selected to sample the fingerlings and investigate various biotic parameters (phytoplankton and zooplankton) and abiotic (water temperature, pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, electrical conductivity, total hardness, ammonium nitrogen, NH3, biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus). The above-mentioned biotic and abiotic parameters were determined during the months of July, August and September 2022 and August and September 2023. Result: There was a strong relationship between the abundance of pyrrophyta, Chironomidae and Cyanobacteria with the abundance of the common carp fingerlings, which was positive in all cases. The highest selectivity index values for the common carp fingerlings were related to EC, BOD5, pH, NO2-/N, NH3, and TN&frasl;N, which indicates the greatest impact of these parameters on the survival and distribution of juvenile fish in the Tajan River estuary during the time period of this research. HSI values of Tajan River estuary for the fingerlings in the studied time period was calculated as 0.927. Conclusion: Despite the fact that the conditions of the release site of the fingerlings (the estuary) were inappropriate from the point of view of the range of changes of some parameters (including total suspended matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonium nitrogen, electrical conductivity and turbidity), but in general, according to the calculated HSI, the study area can be classified as "highly suitable habitat" for the fingerlings, in the studied time period.
